We need our own performance and rehearsal space! Since 2009, MSP has brought quality theatre to the Atlanta metro area and beyond.  Typically, we rent performance theatres and other venues to host our performances, but because the venue's availability doesn't always work with our production goals, we have been unable to produce as many shows as we'd like.  Our goal is to have a full season of 5-7 shows each year, but without a permanent home, it's challenging.  In 2017, our Executive Artistic Director, Monique D. Shaw, won the Pre-Venture Category of The Amazing Entrepreneur Business Plan Competition in Gwinnett County in recognition of her business plan for an arts and entertainment company.  We are now ready to put her plan into action and not only have a place for MSP to call home, but a place where other directors, producers, and performers can have a place to showcase their talent.  In addition to plays and shows, we plan to hold events, classes, workshops, and rent the space to outside groups and individuals when not in use by MSP.  

 

We are looking for a space to share or lease in the South Gwinnett area, preferably in Snellville or Lilburn, but will consider Decatur, Lithonia, Lawrenceville, Tucker, Clarkston, Stone Mountain, Norcross, and others.  If you are aware of or have a space that holds 150-200 seats, has space for a stage, dressing rooms, lobby, backstage, etc., please contact info@moniqueshawproductions.com or call 770-674-8105.  We are also open to residencies at other theatres and partnerships.
